David J. Sergio grew up in South Bend, Indiana and moved to Georgia in 1994. He is a practicing attorney and owner of Sergio & Associates, P.C. in Buford, Georgia. Mr. Sergio has provided legal services to the Gwinnett community since 1996. The primary focus of S&A is real estate matters, which include residential, construction, commercial, and business closing transactions. Other legal services also include Purchase and Sale Agreement Preparation & Negotiation, For Sale By Owner Assistance, Owner Financed Sales, Wills, Advance Directives for Healthcare, Foreclosures, Corporate Formation, and Uncontested Divorce.
Typical clients are institutional mortgage lenders, home builders, and commercial contractors. Mr. Sergio is also a Title Insurance Agent for Investors Title Insurance Company.
Mr. Sergio’s formal education consists of a Bachelor of Arts from Indiana University in Bloomington, Indiana, and a Juris Doctorate from Atlanta’s John Marshall Law School, in 1996. Upon completing his undergraduate degree, Mr. Sergio lived in London, England and also worked in his family’s second-generation contracting business in South Bend, Indiana.
David and his wife have lived in metro Atlanta since 1994. His family resides in Buford, Georgia with their two sons.
