FEE SCHEDULE

PURCHASE TRANSACTIONS: 

Title Services Total: $735.00. This includes attorney’s fees, title examination, title insurance commitment, document preparation and overnight delivery service for return of loan package to Lender. 

NOTE: If Owner’s Title Insurance is not purchased an additional attorney’s fees of $400.00 will apply. 

Lender’s Title Insurance: Lender’s Title Insurance premiums are located on our website using the rate calculator.  

E-Doc Fee: $40.00 

Insured Closing Protection Letter: $35.00 Separate line item payable to the title insurance company 

Owner’s Title Insurance: Owner’s Title Insurance premiums are also available on our website. If there is no loan involved simply enter zero for the loan amount. For closings in excess of $1,000,000 please call our offices for title insurance premium quotes. If Owner’s Title Insurance is not obtained in connection with a purchase transaction, an additional attorney’s fees of $400 will apply. 

REFINANCE TRANSACTIONS:

Extensive Seller Title Clearance Fee – As Required 

Recording and Transfer Taxes 

Recording Fees: $10.00 for the first page and $2.00 each additional page per document.

Intangible Tax: $1.50 per five hundred dollars of the loan amount (round loan amount up to the nearest five hundred)

Transfer Tax: $1.00 per thousand dollars of the sales price (round sales price up to the nearest thousand).
